Born in Argentina. Built for what’s next.
BDNEX was created with a clear intention: to challenge how companies build and manage remote teams. We operate from Buenos Aires — fully remote by design, yet fully present when it matters. When alignment calls for it, we travel to meet our clients in person. Because real partnerships sometimes require a handshake.
The company was founded after years of operating in the European market, where we built and scaled the first Dutch staffing and recruitment firm led by an Argentine and focused on LATAM talent. That ongoing operation proved Latin American professionals can consistently deliver at a global level — and it laid the groundwork for what followed. BDNEX was born as our dedicated venture for the U.S. market, built on the same vision: LATAM is not the alternative — it’s the answer.
We see Latin America as a strategic edge — not just a source of talent. With deep operational experience and cross-border execution, we work hand-in-hand with U.S. companies to build lean, high-performance remote teams. No volume play. No templated pipelines. Just precision, alignment, and results.
